Everything You Need to Know

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.​

  • Hold onto your tracking #, we can't look up your return without it

  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received

  • All returns will be processed and you will receive store credit

  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order

  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.

WHAT ISNT ELEGIBLE FOR RETURN?

  • Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear

  • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, candles and other products with broken seals or packaging removed will not be accepted

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?

Of course! Send us a message and we are happy to create a custom order just for you.

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING IS WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
